My Next Adventure

Well, I've been doing some thinking lately, and I've come up with my next move.

Since I sold everything I own before I left for Alaska, just about all my stuff fits in my truck. I'm going to build a custom camper for my 2001 tundra to live ou tof and travel. I found a website that has jobs for people that want to do this. A lot of the jobs are park hosts, and things like that. They all pay close to minimum wage, but provide a place to park with electricity and water in most cases.

It's going to be a few months before I get started on the camper, and probably wont be till January before I head out. Just thought I'd let ya'll know what's rattling around in my lil head.

If you guys have any ideas or suggestion for the camper, I'd appreciate it! My vehicle will also double as my BOV (Bug Out Vehicle). This is going to be a fun ride.

I've decided to ditch the truck-camper idea. I'm going to buy a cargo/15 passenger van and convert it into an RV camper.

It will look a lot like this one:

I'm moving back up to Knoxville with mom mother soon to save money on rent while this project is in the works. Total cost including the van, A/C unit, solar power, wood, etc... should run about $3000.

I can't wait to get started on it!
